The Rental Process

We recognize that not all processes are the same. That is why we want to inform you of how things run here at C&J Rental Management.

Step 1: Search our inventory of available properties

Step 2: Apply via our Rental Application

Step 3: The owners will review your application & run it through their background processes. (If approved, you will continue through the process. If denied, or if the property becomes occupied, you will not hear anything back from the rental office).

Step 4: Owners Approve application.

Step 5: Applicant(s) are invited to do a self walk through of the property

Step 6: If applicant(s) is happy with facility/space. Reach out directly to the owner & schedule your lease signing.

Step 7: Lease Signing: Provide Security Deposit & 1st Month's rent. (These two items will need to be complete prior to or on the day of signing).

Step 8: Welcome to your new home!
