Do you allow pets?
Our pet policy differs from apartment to apartment.
As of right now, we only permit small dogs at a limited number of rentals & allow cats at a limited number of properties.
Pets do require an additional fee due at lease signing.
Where are your properties located?
We have over 100 rental properties throughout Central, PA.
The primary locations of our properties is in Altoona & Hollidaysburg, PA.

How long does the rental process take?
When applying for a rental property, you must first apply with the owner's rental application.
If the owner's approve the application, they will be in touch to schedule a showing of the property.
Once you tour the available rental, you will notify the owner of your interest.
A lease signing date will be scheduled & then you will have the keys to your new home!
Long story short, from start to finish the process can typically take 2-4 weeks.
Do you accept subsidized housing programs?
It depends on our property & if you have proof of full time employment/income.
